Simons - La Forêt des Merveilles

La Forêt des Merveilles is a three-minute holiday fable projected on the historic façade of La Maison Simons, blending light, sound, and video projections.
Once upon a time, a fox, an owl, a bear and a blue jay all came together to create a magical spectacle blending sound and light, video projections, architectural lighting and an original soundtrack, in the heart of Old Quebec. For the 2024 holiday season, these enchanted animals collectively decorated the façade of La Maison Simons, located at 20 côte de la Fabrique.We're proud to have worked closely with La Maison Simons to transform this historic site into a living work of art. This enchanting storefront has become the setting for a unique experience blending tradition and modernity.
At the heart of this magic is La Forêt des Merveilles, a three-minute film filled with nostalgia, enchantment and warmth. During this light show, the store's windows come alive to tell a holiday story in which boreal wildlife decorates its forest and celebrates the majesty of nature. This vision reinvents classic holiday window displays, captivating passers-by with a contemporary, poetic touch.​
What made this sound and light event truly magical was its very purpose: a heartfelt gift from Simons to its community and visitors. Designed to captivate and enchant both young and old, it’s a celebration of nature and the wonder of the season that’s not to be missed!
